Each of us has an inner skin we’re most comfortable in and it’s different for everyone. Some people are perfectly content at being over three hundred pounds, and neither myself nor anyone else has any right to condemn them for that.
I, however, was not happy with it at all. I took it as a prolonged death sentence that couldn’t be appealed, and in a sense, was just waiting for it to take its final toll.
Until it almost did, that is.
I changed my life with the realisation that the key to full and wholesome health lay in peace of mind and that would have to come from a dietary angle. I needed to learn to eat, every single day, for the rest of my life, in a fashion that was both physically productive AND conducive to good health.
I went from 330 pounds to 200 pounds and I’m still counting down. These are some of the tasty and healthy recipes that have helped me and can help you too.
